My password is not being sent to my email when I click on the forgetten password. It says it was sent but its showing in my email, I checked the spam folder and even turned off my spam guard but still no email, can someone help?

help!
Same thing is happening to me... I attempt to sign in & used the forgot password . IT says it has sent email to my account but no email appears in my inbox. I use msn email.. My user name is Rainbowessence. How do I get into my account?
