HELP - I have forgotten my password and can't login.  When I try the 'forgotten password' page - I do receive the message that the email was sent - but I never receive the email.  I've checked the email account, and it works perfectly - so I'm sure that's not the problem.  PLEASE HELP!!

Yes, I had to create a new account to post this message.  However, the email address is the same.  My email address is sunking@texascombatcrew.com and I believe my Aimoo user name is TCC-SunKing.   Thanks!!

 I didn't think you could have more than one id to an email addy?

Ok hopefully admin will see this thread and look into it, I cannot help you but you have now posted what is needed, your id and email.

You say you beleive your id is?

If I remember correctly, my original Aimoo ID (and the one tied to the forum) is TCC-SunKing.  Unfortunately, I can't get into the forum to make sure.  The forum I'm trying to access is http://texascombatcrew.aimoo.com/ - and yes I am the owner of that forum.  ...and again, my email address is SunKing@texascombatcrew.com 

It's strange that when I enter SunKing@texascombatcrew.com into http://www.aimoo.com/login/Forgotpassword.html - it says the email was sent succecssfully - but I do not receive any email (and yes, I've looked in my junk/spam folder too).

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated - thanks.

Yes, I believe my Aimoo account name that is tied to the forum is TCC-SunKing.  Unfortunately, I can't get into the forum to make sure.  The forum I'm trying to access/admin is http://texascombatcrew.aimoo.com/ - and yes, I am the owner of that forum.

It's strange that when I enter my email address (sunking@texascombatcrew.com) into http://www.aimoo.com/login/Forgotpassword.html - it does say "Your password has been sent to your mailbox successfully!"  ...but I never receive the email (I've tested the email account, and I've looked in the spam/junk folders as well).  Any hel would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

 Has anyone gotten this right yet? I can't remember the password and it says it's sending it to my e-mail but it's not showing up in there. Any ideas?
