I donated to our group to keep it diamond status I now see the ads are back and we can't use the box to download our tags..whats going on? thanks..Cheryl

Did you just donate, or did you renew your Diamond subscription?

Audrey who is the owner said all I had to do was donate and the diamond status would continue.

Hi Cheryl,

In that case, Audrey will need to check the Status of the Forum
and if the Diamond Subscription has expired, she will need to renew it.

If she is not sure, please show her this message.
There are also step by steps on the Tutorials Board.

Hover over Options then click on Preferences.



Click on Accounting Log



Check your Status and/or click on Renew or Upgrade.

Yes, a superAdmin may add the Diamond forum.

control management>forum management>diamond programs> accounting

click on START YOUR DIAMOND PROGRAM.

Thank you so much...all set...only thing I don't understand is that I paid for 6 months but it only shows 3 with 21.oo balance?

I didn't realise you were a Super Admin. I thought you were a member who donated.

If you have subscribed for three months instead of six, you may want to wait until you
get more money then when the three months is up, subscribe for a longer period
(six or 12 months for instance) as you will get more page views.  Adding three more
months now to the three months you have already done won't be of any benefit.

Sorry, I keep popping out doing things in the house.

Even if you subscribed for three months, your ads should not appear.

Did you definitely upgrade or renew the Diamond Membership?

 I updated to Diamond with membership money, it's still showing ads. What is wrong?

Are you referring to WHISKERS & PAWS? If so it does show as a Diamond Forum and I don't see any ads. Try clearing your cache, etc. and refresh your screen and go back into your forum. Let us know.
