It helps when there is a reply like this one. The slowness is terribly frustrating and it's more frustrating when there are no responses to the complaints. I couldn't get into my board at all this afternoon.  It does seem to be better now. Any insight about what causes the slowdown/shutdown? Thanks for replying.

Several times today only. What about the recurring problem? Is there a long term plan to keep this from happening on the regular basis like that has been going on.

Yes, we do know its very slow again (actually the 1st time I've been on when it's slow)
We are hoping Admin will sort this out ASAP.

So,


When exactly will this problem be corrected?  Have paid good money at our board, and this service is not acceptable to us.  We have member complaints galore and many times cannot access our OWN paid for board.


Great, doing utmost to have the problem corrected...........  This has been going on far too long.  If you are going to charge for a service then please ensure this service is PROVIDED as agreed upon.  We did not pay for error messages.


Perhaps Admin needs to be notified many many more times so we can get answers as to what exactly the problem is and what date we can expect this repaired.  This is NOT an unreasonable request................

We've noticed on our board that the board grinds to a halt when 9 or more members are logged on..........  Have been tracking this for days and this is when it seems to occur.
