I have been trying to access the Chat Room on my diamond site that I own and cannot get it to load...I tried to get into a second one I have on another site and could get in just fine...Is there anything I can do to get it to load properly?
It loads the "loading movie 100% then shows the "loading client xml" and gets to 73% then stops completely all others on the list will not load at all...
It sounds like a glitch if you are able to get it on another site. (this other site is Aimoo also?) You can try to clear cookies, history, etc and see if it helps at all. I just tried mine on Forum 1 and it hung for a minute so I exited out and tried again then it went right through.
I did as you suggested and also updated java and adobe just to make sure , but it is still "Stuck"...it is like it got stuck on the 73% laded on the "loading client xml" abd wiull not do anything else..I have tried rebooting, still nothing. It goes right back to the same problem. (yes, the other chat room is an Aimoo forum as well.)
Is there any way for you to ask the Admin. to look into this asap? the chat room url is: http://chalandorcoven.aimoo.com/chatroom
It is some sort of glitch then. I will flag it for the Admin but it is the weekend and he may not see anything till Sunday night. You can write to support ticket but I don't think it will speed anything.

still the same problem...it seems everyone but me can get in. It loads "movie" 100% then loads "client xml" to 73%...doesn't load "language". "color xml" or "skin" xml at all. It is like it is stuck at the 73% . I have tried everything from deleating all cookies, rebooting, coming in from a different browser...everything that was suggested on other posts...still nothing (sigh)...I own the site and paid for the diamond status...I am not sure why I cannot access the chat room anymore.
