What if I want to upgrade a friends forum to Diamond, when it isn't already.
When I try to switch to diamond, it only gives me the option to upgrade my own forum, which I barely use.

What isn't ready? her forum? You can get the Diamond anytime..if you are purchasing this plan for your friend, you need to be in her forum to do this.

Her forum isn't diamond, so there is no donation option. I am in the forum, but trying to figure out how to "gift" her with a diamond forum.

She may have hidden her Donation button, all forums have them unless theres a glitch. Heres how to find it:

control panel>forum management> general settings>donations

you will need to be at least an Admin or higher to do this in this forum.
