These ppl are not banned, I have checked. I was wondering if it runs of flash or something else and that could possibly be the reason they can't access it?

Can you ask them what the error message is? Usually when it hangs a message pops up......(not always though)

Tonight we were having a meeting and some still could not get in! I am trying to find out just who it was bc I wasn't on when the other leaders heard. I will post as soon as I know so I can tell you if they had an error message.
