Can you explain what actually happens, pop any screenshots up.
Also have you tried clearing cache, cookies and temp files, I find I have to do this when aimoo buttons freeze on me, give www.ccleaner.com a try, tis very good.
Sorry can't do screen shots don't know how, I have the ccleaner already thank you, now back to my problem....the control panel it just like writing on the top right hand side of my screen, it does nothing if you click on it, most annoying, is there someway you could go check it out please and fix it...thank you Renegal59
I am only a help Mod so have no access to your control panel, but to do a screen shot just click the ctrl and prtsc buttons on your pc at the same time, then open paint in programes > accessories > paint and click edit and then paste, then you can save the screen shot and post here via the reply button and clicking the icon to the right of the smilie icon, choose the image file from your pc, click upload and then the insert button when image is uploaded, this will put it in your post here, tis the only way I can see what you are seeing.

The Control Panel button on my Profile does not work when I am on my profile page, it use to and now it doesn't, I would like it fixed please, so i can use it!!...Renegal
I'm wondering if you are still having problems due to your Zone Alarm as mentioned in the link below. Have you tried turning it off then access your Control Panel in your Profile?
I don't have my Zone Alarm on when I come into Aimoo...so that clearly isn't the problem, and thank you for answering Angelbear, can you think of anything that might help me....this has been going on for such a long time without any solution...Renegal
I just can't think of anything else it could be other than a glitch with the system and we need the Admin for this. I will try to keep this post up so they will see it. This has gone on way to long.
From what I read you are not a member of any Forum on Aimoo but have registered as a member only. I don't believe this has anything to do with it but who knows.

Deeply sorry for the late reply. We have checked under your account. The control panel work for you. If you use Internet Explorerm, please open the browser > Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced to enable session and cookie to have a try. Still have problem, please send the screenshot to us.
