   It is very hard to stop people from applying to join your forum and there isn't really an option to take the join link away so I cannot help on that one.
  
  
  With reference to the ip numbers showing, only owner / admin and mods can view the ip's if it is set in preferences (untick #12 in general section and submit), this is because they need to be able to to moderate members as ip banning is one of the options available to them, the ip's cannot be seen by other members though.

   There is a known glitch with the youtube link, admin has said he is trying to sort it out with youtube, it is affecting everyone

   The inactivity thing has only just started, it might be a glitch as forums do go missing sometimes but admin finds them and reinstates them, problem is that if it went missing a while ago it might not be possible to retreive it.

   What about storeage forums that people set up to run aside their active groups?
  What is the critera for deletion, ie: how many post / threads need to be made to secure a forum?
