Is it really necessary to stick threads at the top of the discussion in the SUPPORT forum for months ? For example, in the AIMOO USERS and AIMOO ADMINS categories, you have several threads stuck at the top. When a thread is really important, it could remain at the top for a week, but after that it should return to normal. If the thread has interest, people will continue to respond and it will remain at the top. You can always move the thread to the MUST READ category if it is that important. You already have the SEARCH feature for users to find answers to specific questions or issues. My preference is to have the recent threads at the top, and if a thread loses interest to users, then it moves down the list.
