...........Plus i cant and dont have any of my privaledges anymore.
for everyone its all different.
i was the admin,  moderator. etc of my boards.
whats the deal?
the website  was http://www.fa.filetap.com
we had our personal avatars , now nothing.our history of the posts is gone. its all gone. please help me.

Sorry to inconvenience you due to the new version 8 release. The previous posts are still reserved on your forum. Since the new version's system is totally different with the old board, the avatars cannot be reinstated, please kindly contact your members to add a new avatar in their profiles. And we would like to restore your old background and customizations and your priveleges as much as we can with your permission. 

Your further confirmation is needed.

well before you shut us down, i had icons showing i was admin, moderator,  etc.. next to my icon on your forums here.  we paid and had been using your forums  for years.
i had to get a new user name because of the problems from this change. not my fault . but i am now made to feel like i am an outsider. well my user name is what is up next to my icon. "Suge" is my user name.  the website address was or is still whatever  http://www.fa.filetap.com/

i paid for the forums myself many times. if you look at the old website you will see many times my names.
