  Hello all
I have just joined so please excuse any stupid questions, I am a bit confused as I tried the new topic icon to post this question(which I will get round to) and it said I may not have enough status: or something like that to be able to post on the forum, is this normal?.
anyway I seem to have found my way here Can anyone help.  I came into possetion of a dodge 50 mk1 I think recently which I am wanting to fix up, she went through the MOT with a replacement piece of brake pipe and a couple of tyres, The brakes have been on and off from seemingly too much and touch the pedal feel like you will be propelled through the windscreen as there is no slow increese in pressure as you press. then as she was being used the brakes would get better so it seemed a more even distribution of pressure so I thought she needed freeing up from a stuck piston, then the other day something seemed to go and if I touch the brake pedal it is all on sudden stop.
I have checked the two resevoires and they seem fine. Can anyone tell me who I can call on to either check over or do work on the brakes, Is there a garage I can take the dodge to who will fix them as they were very uneven before this happened and I suspect needed checking. I asked the garage who apparently did some brake work on her last year but they were reluctant I live in Hebden bridge w yorkshire and cant really drive her far as the brakes are locking up so badly she roles downhill when the hand brake is off so they are not jamed on I think. I would be really gratefull for any assistance or directions from anyone I am not really profitient enough to work on the brakes myself.   thanks  mover

I have replied to your message via my dodge50 forum, i doubt you will find anyone else here who knows these vehicles like i do. LOL.

This forum..the aimoo help forums is for support in posting and running the forums of which there are 1000's, so now you have been accepted as a member of the http://dodge50.aimoo.com forums try to post again on that forum.

As you have a problem posting on my forum can i ask which browser are you using?
if it is internet explorer i would sugget you download the opera or safari browsers as both these work ok on my forum
opera from www.opera.com and safari from www.apple.com/safari (winows version is available as well as for apple macs.

I wont go into detail here but will copy your post and pop it up on the dodge forum and tomorrow (friday) will try to answer all your questions.

Well done on coming here and asking for help:-)
