I can't get into My Profile.  It times out and I get the Explorer message, "Unable to Connect".  I don't know it this relates to your "slow server" problem, or some other issue.

It may have existed a problem when we upgrade our server. We just apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused. Please kindly have another try or contact us if you still cannot get into your profile.
