Our BBS is down.  I am a diamond customer. Please have this fixed.

Also, I could see no way to call you about this problem.  Relying on a BBS message to get this problem addressed is hardly professional.  Our BBS is a area for professionals to communicate with each other.  If it doesn't work, please tell me and I will go elsewhere.
