I think that asking for support 24/7 is a bit over the top, the support on aimoo is far better than even ebay and many other web based businesses.

If you were to pay a premium price then maybe it should be expected but aimoo is actually quite cheap and I for one am very happy with the support that we get.

Although I don't expect AIMOO to work all the time, they should have some process in place to monitor when forums go down - perhaps a separate email address.  This is especially an issue on weekends, which seems to have zero support.  A forum going down for the weekend is not an acceptable response time.

Other than forums down, I am mostly happy with AIMOO support.  They are very polite and seem to make a real effort at listening to recommendations.

I am frustrated with YUKU because it is unreliabe AT BEST. My forum goes down without notice and tech support is non existant.

Clicking on the "support" tab just sends me here...so like YUKU the same applies.

There are 3 ways to contact us to get support,
1. The Support Forum here. Just like you said,  click "Support" from the botton links.
2. PM to us. Find us at any thread,  select "Send Message" from the Actions drop-down box. 
3. Email to us via support-ticket@aimoo.com as Karrier mentioned.
