Making your forum nice, special and appealing can attract more people. Add a banner, and also make your skin special and pleasing to the eyes. You should introduce what is your forum about or some easy navigation. Submit your forum to The Showcase page Promoting your forum here can attract more guests. You should give an easy-to-read but detailed description of your forum which may guide visitors to find more interesting things to talk about. Make your forum unique and interesting. You also should make your forum friendly and helpful to users Submit your forum to search engines such as Google, Yahoo Forward here to submit your forum on Google Visit here to promote your forum on Yahoo You may also introduce some good suggestions. BUT, a word of caution--be sure to post in threads devoted to promoting new sites; a lot of admins get bent out of shape when you promote your site somewhere other than the thread designated for promotions. Search with the word "toplist" and the general gist of your forum (diet, anime, role-playing, etc.).
