A week ago, I upgraded my account to diamond status, but I am still getting popup and banner advertisements on the forum. I am a public school teacher in the U.S. and am planning to introduce the forum to my students to begin using next week. I have e-mailedsupport@aimoo.comabout this already, but have not recieved a response. I am increasingly concerned that our computer system will block the forum because of the floating ad, and am worried that my students will end up somewhere they shouldn't be if they attempt to access this forum from home. I have checked my paypal account, and the payment was processed and completed on September 7. I realize processing on your end can take time, but your website indicates 48 hours (or sooner according to some administrators) but this has not been the case for my forum. PLEASE HELP!

Thanks for the reply.  I have e-mailed them twice about the issue already, without a response.


I am already frustrated by this, and getting close to angry.  These adds need to be removed from my page ASAP - the forum, which once looked respectable and professional enough for its purpose now looks gaudy and is, in my opinion, a pain in the rear to do anything on because of the floating window.


An extreme inconvenience.

Is anyone else out there having similar problems?  No one responds to e-mails, and apparently the board administrators who control these issues never log on to the board.


I am beyond frustrated.  I invested a lot of time setting up this board, and I would prefer not to find another host. 


I tried walking my class through the posting procedures last week - do you know how ridiculous it was trying to do this with pop-up advertisements all over the place?  If the situation cannot either be explained to me soon, or fixed soon, I will be left with no alternative but to look for a different host (even if I have to pay them too) and contact my credit card and have the charges from AIMOO fought/removed.


PLEASE HELP, SOON!

HiIfully understand your frustration and you shouldn't have to waitover two weeks before this problem is looked into. There have been times when members haven't paid the correct amount and their membership has not been upgraded. Perhaps >THIS THREAD< might help.Joy



Thanks for the reply Joy.  I read over the thread (I think I have read that one before, or one like it).  I paid with paypal, not the chest, and I paid for a full year.


Maybe Admin is having problems because they are in New Orleans or Texas or Louisiana, or something like that.  I just hope it gets fixed soon.  Until then...

Thanks again Blink.  I've e-mailed every couple of days, but still haven't heard from anyone.  The only responses I've gotten have come from you and Joy on the board.


  It'll get sorted out eventually, I guess.
