Isn't operating as it should. There are several very serious issues that need correction. Thank you for your immediate attention to the group email feature. It is a very important part of my forum, and I need it to be operating correctly.

1. When sending a group email, some (most) members are NOT getting their copy. Including myself, and all my test accounts (I have 3 test accounts)

2. The "From" field is not showing in the emails that are being received.

3. The format of the sent email makes absolutely no sense.

4. Here is a copy of the test email I sent myself at one of those test accounts. Please note that I chose the username RattieMama when establishing this particular test account. Not pidn13am0tddw5aw3b9.

What is the status on this request for fixing the group email feature? Apparently several people are currently having issues as well, and this would seem like a priority problem? Especially when you say you will "fix asap"?

On Apr. 27 (one month ago), I sent you an error message that I received when trying to use the group email feature. I would think that by now, there would have been some progress in getting this issue resolved.

Your IMMEDIATE attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated!

The problems you listed in your original post have been all fixed up. And we have tested the Group email feature with your account which works well.

Please have another try and give us more details.

No, the problems have NOT been all fixed up.


#1 is still an issue. One of my testboxes received the email, another did not. Some of my members get their copy, others not.  I have one of my group emails sent using old version ... which came to the test address that Aimoo now refuses to send email to. And believe me, I haven't changed ANYTHING in my email. The Aimoo upgrade is the only thing that has changed. If you would like to see it, I will forward it to the support-ticket email address.  


#2 is still an issue. I am not seeing the From: field. The default in that field is River Ratz of Aimoo Masters. I've replaced that with simply Got Rat Terrier? since that is the name of my forum. Not Aimoo Masters. When I received the email to the test account that is working ... there was no indication that the email came from Got Rat Terrier?

#3 is still an issue. RiverRatz (or Administrator) from Got Rat Terrier? .... should be in the header .... before [river_ratz@prodigy.net] .... (and not in the body of the message)

rather than AFTER  the designated FOOTER.                             
                               
The footer should be the last thing the receiver sees in the email message.

1. Would you tell us the email addresses that you can receive and also you cannot receive?

And we have made adjustment to the email content as you mentioned in your 2 and 3 issues.

Just give us your 3 test email addresses. We checked your account again and found it is available to send Group Email. We will wait for your email or you may send us PM as well.
