Input from many members regarding the forum skin, we added the hover shading for category & sub-category. The color could be changeable for owner/admin under right-hand control panel > manage community > main setting > manage community skin > forum style > hover shading. Remember the background color or image under forum style must be different with the color of hover shading. Otherwise the change cannot be viewable. Give it a try right now!

It's fixed now. Try again to manage forum skin.
