Here's the image provided by our member brergoose below,

Current every reply or quote contains a title as the Opening topic. Do you think it is repeated for you?

I don't know that people understand that the thread name is repeated over and over and over and over in every message in the thread.  That takes up 2 lines per message, makes load times slower, uses up disk space, and has no advantage - the thread name already appears at the top of the window, and at the top of the thread.  Thus, cannot think of any reason not to remove - or at least just go make as a preference.

It happens like that on all forums including phpbb based forums (well all the ones I use and thats quite a few), I have no problem with it myself.

Not a matter of whether you have an issue - a matter of whether anything is added or subtracted.  Several negatives were listed previously, no positives.

This thread is asking what people think I have said what I think, am I not allowed to do this?

Or am I getting what you are trying to say wrong?

You are saying that "you don't mind", hardly a ringing endorsement.  I have listed several negatives.  If you want the thread name to remain, tell me why - actually list the positives.

I was asked a question and I answered it, if you feel the need to continute with this negative pursuing then feel free.

I dont have to justify what I think to you or anyone.

I like it, please keep it.

I have a question is this about the ordinary reply to a thread or about the QUICK REPLY?

Or is this about the fact that the thread topic is repeated in every posting within the thread.  I'm not sure, because the thread title mentions reply, yet the gist of the convo in this thread is regarding the fact that the topic is repeated in each message.  So I really don't know what the vote is for.

as far as I can tell this poll is no longer in use since it was started almost a year ago, any changes they were thinking of making would likely have happened by now.
