I was able to find my 'Control Panel' tonight but would not have guessed it was under Navigation/communities/ I'm unable to change the order of sub-categories and I'd like to be able to move sub-categories to other categories. Thanks.

The order of sub-categories can be changed now.You may kindly check for us. We will consider adding the function for moving sub-categories to other categories as you mentioned.
