Two months is entirely to long for professionals to still not have these problems fixedHow do I get a refund? Anyone suggest another forum?

what do you mean free...I paid for diamond in september

i have no chat little access to my posts the members list is screwed up private posts became public no matter what restorations i tryi can't get my board back to how it was

I put in a lot of time and effort and you guys wiped it out and have taken two months and shownlittle improvement

if youmean by free that these twomonths are being credited to my account plus any more months you take then i see how its free but what i see here is I paid for services I am not getting and how long should I be patient...I have members who have given up onme...who are angry that their privacy was comprimised...what should I tell them?

Try this...go back to the day before you pushed the upgrade button then don't push it

and will be displayed after official release. We didn't charge for your diamond community since the release of the

new version on Nov.12.


We have checked that your member list has been restored. If you want to reassign any members as your mods

or admins, we would also like to do for you. In the meanwhile, you may set your private categories or sub-

categories only available for special members at the section: navigation > community > security > users access

type. Moreover, we would like to restore your old customizations and background as much as we can with your

permission. 

 

Many problems have been fixed such as the threads/messages order by dates, category and sub-category order,

today's page, etc. In addtion, more features have been added including the flash-based chatroom, free greeting

card sending, etc. We are sparing no effort to fix all problems.

 

Your further confirmation is needed. If you still need any assistance or have comments and suggestions, please

do not hesitate to contact us at the help forum or via support-ticket@aimoo.com.
