Due to your requirements concerning your original customizations on version 7.5.2, we would like to restore for you

as much as we can if you really want to keep them with the current forums on version 8.0.1.

My request ...

1. Custom Owner/Admin/Mod icons.

2. When adding custom emoticons, I would like to REPLACE the default emoticons, not add to them.

3. The ability to use my own Locked Topic icon.

4. The Hot Topic icon ... where do you choose the number of replies before it works? I have several topics with hundreds of replies ... currently, no Hot Topic icon appears next to those particular topics in the main subcatagory page.

I need some help with two issues.

 1. I accidentally deleted all my forums about an hour ago, was hoping you could help restore them to the way they were at 7am Eastern Time on December 6th, 2007.

 

2. I was wondering if you could help me retrieve any of the look that my old setup had.

Thank you for resetting it, everything seems to be just as it was before I screwed it up.

I'm still having some issues in the forum settings. When I go to submit some settings it doesn't accept the submit button. Perhaps its because I'm using firefox, I'll try again in IE, but if you could look into it I'd appreciate it. For instance I tried to send out an e-mail to all the members to let them know we were back up and running, but when I clicked the send button absolutely nothing happened.

I don't think they have the group email function working yet ... it doesn't work for me either, and I use IE.

We are making Firefox compatible with IE. If you have some problems when using Firefox, please access your board using in IE temporarily.

The group email is available now. Please kindly have a check.
