I have an approved member of my community that can not access the message board
when she chooses the community from her iaimoo page (after already signing in)....it asks her to sign in again to access the board....and no matter how many times she puts in her screen name and password, the page just refreshes and wont let her go any further. We know her password and screen name are correct, because, like I say, she has no problem signing in to view her iaimoo/profile page. Everywhere else she goes, she gets asked to sign in....again...and it wont let her.
We have tried everything to get her in.
no luck
please help.
