Our chat room gets to this point when we try to connect and just hangs there. I have tried to take the room offline and then add it back in. That did not help. I am assuming this is a widespread problem if there is a request for people to post the problems they are having?

Hello Just re-posting this for our group owner. I am one of her admin & I activated the chat not long after the group was opened & waited 7 days & nothing so Mel activated it again & we stall have nothing it just keeps asking us to wait for activation. She is having the same problem in both her groups. Can someone please get back to either Melanie or myself so we can get this up & running

i cannot getmy chat to download............chat room comes up, along with home across from it ...but nothing else happens........im in forthosewhosearch2...................we are new .......from msn........i realize there are a lot of probs right now..........any help would be greatly appreciated............also i went to aimoo help chat and was able to chat there...........but they were all lost ......looking for their sites.......
we are having problems with the chat room attatched to my forum , all we are getting is connecting to server but its not connecting at all . no members of my forum can use it so its not just one member
You did a wonderful job of moving our msn group archive and our chat room was set up quickly and we were using it just fine up until last night. Since last night all we get is a connecting to server but it never actually connects none of the users I have talked to have been able to get in.
