WE'VE BEEN HAVING SOME WEIRD THINGS HAPPENING ON OUT BOARD...THREADS APPEARING AND VANISHING .....GUEST POPPING IN  AND OUT...IN A CLOSED FORUM..WHAT IS THIS ABOUT? AND HOW IS THIS HAPPENING?...WE HAVE OUR FORUM SET TO PRIVATE FOR A REASON AND NOW IT SEEMS SOME FOLKS CAN POP IN AND OUT AS THEY SEE FIT...SPOOKING OUR MEMBERS...

WE WOULD LIKE OUR BOARD TO STAY PRIVATE..SO IF THERE IS SOME TYPE OF GLITCH..CAN U PLEASE GET IT FIXED...THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR SOMETIME...OUR MEMBERS DON'T FEEL LIKE THEY CAN SHARE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT WHO HAS A FREE PASS TO LURK..IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER OF OUR FORUM..YOU SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO SEE NOTHING...

WHO IS THIS BEANZ PERSON? AND WHY DOES HE OR SHE HAVE THE ABILITY TO POP IN AND OUT OF OUR FORUM WITHOUT BEING A MEMBER?

If you  to to Security>Users Access Type and make sure that all boxes are UNCHECKED in each category for Normal, Aimoo Members and Anonymous, then no one can get into your forum and read or post anything except Advanced members of your forum..  Names may show up in Who's On of people who are trying to get in, but we have been assured that  our forum is safe.
