Hi there, have tried uploading pics from my computer to place in posts but it says the facility is for diamond members only - we are a diamond forum! Can you help. Funnily enough if I go into the Insert Image icon on this help forum I am able to upload hmmmm.

I've heard of this happening before and it's usually when someone has been to a free forum, then gone to a Diamond one straight afterwards. Sometimes when you do this the function hasn't caught up yet so it still thinks you're at the free forum so it give the error. Usually just closing the function and opening it again once or twice will fix it for you.
I know its not just me some of the other members seem to be having trouble. Yes its showing everytime I go in and try to upload a pic to put into a post. As I said before its been like that for at least a week. Thanks for the swift reply by the way, greatly appreciated.
