The style of such pages as anonymous user cannot visit has been revised. The new style of those pages is more appealing to eyes.

In the meanwhile you can also access control panel>community setting>preferences NO. 33 to set the background transparency of those pages such as anonymous user cannot visit, only members of your community can access, password protected community pages.
