I need help banning a user.
They have set up an Aimoo account named
"Only letters(a-z, A-Z), numbers(0-9,)hyphens(-), and underscores(_)."

I am not kidding you.

Their profile is spam and I want to remove them as users but when I try to ban someone of that name it does not let me.

The Aimoo software cannot process a user with this name so please remove this profile from Aimoo.
