First- When users try to upload a pcture they are just getting a red x and the picture is not showing up? why is this?

second - when i click the users name to go to their profile it is saying profile not found even for registered members... how come?

We have checked the picture uploading issue in your community and it functions properly. Please contact your members to have another try.
